Founder Bill
Howell's meteoric rise to success as a Real Estate Investor and
Salesperson coupled with Broker Greg Perry's sales and marketing
background and successful hands-on experience in day-to-day
operations of a real estate company make this partnership one of
combining differing strengths in order to form a rock-solid firm for
the future! Bill's and Greg's mutual respect for each other, their
combined work-ethic and their dedication to the firm's success are
what make Hook & Ladder Realty, Inc., a dominant force in the Real
Estate industry.

Bill Howell
has been giving back to his community in more ways than one by
serving as a firefighter and as an emergency medical technician. His
flexible schedule as a firefighter gave him the opportunity to
become involved in real estate and he has been a real estate
investor for more than twenty-five years. Bill became a REALTOR® in
2000 and, since then, has received many awards as a top producer.
His knowledge and understanding of creative real estate has
benefited thousands of people. He has just celebrated his 25th
anniversary as a firefighter and has retired his gear so that he can
move forward with one goal in mind: to continue to serve his
community. With expertise and innovative ideas, he has begun his own
real estate company. In keeping with the fireman theme, he has
chosen a company name that soon will become a household name: Hook &
Ladder Realty, Inc.

Greg Perry
Greg Perry was
founder of Perry Marketing Concepts and co-founder of Cutting Edge
Fitness Group in the early ‘90’s. He was first licensed in the real
estate profession in 1986 in Alaska, where he immediately began his
real estate career working with the major real estate franchises.
Quickly recognizing that agents deserved more for their efforts than
were being distributed by those organizations, he developed a more
equitable payment structure for the sales force, obtained his
Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and acquired ownership of his
first real estate company in 1992. Since that time, he has founded
one other successful independent real estate brokerage and acquired
